The values as an artist/educator.

 To look at the values of artist and educators, I look at the diamond nine. The top is the most important, then the bottom is the least important. In the picture above I did my own and then chose an artist that I like.

I chose Banksy and the artwork that I have out behind it is the EU flag that he did in Dover, I selected this one because it was in the town I live in. I remember when it appeared, and it came at a time where Britain was leaving the EU, and in the art work there is a man chipping away a star from the flag. I think that the most important thing to Banksy’s art work is politics. His art is know for delivering political messages. I also think that society is important to his work, as he is a street artist his work is in the public on the side of buildings. I have put the media at the bottom as least important. Although I think it is Important than other factors that could come in to the diamond nine. As he is anonymous his art work is usually only revealed its his after it has appeared on his social media.

In my own diamond nine I have out personality as the most important, my personality is who I am. And I think it is important to show it throw your own work to; it makes it unique. It then family and school, family is very important to me. I put school here as my education and what I have learnt through my school years has got me to where I am today. Fashion is in the middle, fashion can help you get across your personality I think you can tell I lot about someone with the way they shows themselves with how they dress. I have also out the media as least important for myself. With this I have used this as social media, I use it every day but it isn’t as important to me as the others.
